The Guild Hall

Coranda actually doesn't live in or near the guild hall. Her house is in Thunder Bluff, comfortingly near her parents, yet far enough away that Amato doesn't have to deal with them if he doesn't want to. When not bustling around her house being domestic or searching the world for her husband, she spends nearly all of her waking time in the hall, caring for Tribemates and providing food, discipline, and the occasional moment of fun. Although she brings her incredibly stuffed bags wherever she goes, she claims no room for herself. When she is too tired (or annoyed, or sad) to return home, she stays in one of the common rooms at the back of the foyer, but promptly leaves as soon as she feels better.

She has stocked the many cupboards of the hall with treats, paints, toys, bandages, blankets, and anything else one might need during day to day life in the hall. Many of the cupboards are actually lockers for Tribemates who need a place to stash their things while traveling. Surely one or two actually lead to Anca hidey-holes or other secret places. Coranda tries to keep everything well decorated, so paintings and tapestries line the walls, changed out regularly at the whims of Tribemates, and vases full of flowers abound. Oddly enough, none of the things she brings in are in any way personal; they're all oriented toward caring for others, but show no hints of her home life or inner feelings.

Toranda, on the other hand, lives a fairly nomadic life. She spends most of her time in the Guild hall, and has taken over a section of the wall on the left side of the foyer as her own. It's just a comfy chair near a table, with a basket nearby and random furniture surrounding it, since people don't often use all of the furniture around, and Tor doesn't mind having lots of surfaces to spread her stuff out on.

When she sleeps, she is either at Coranda's house (on the window seat in the living room, or the bed when Cora isn't around), in a common sleeping room, at her desk in the foyer, or a random inn somewhere. She's been known to disappear for weeks or months on end, and has subsequently developed the ability to sleep just about anywhere at any time. The tops of the mushrooms in Zangarmarsh, for instance, are fairly comfy if one doesn't mind the damp mushroomyness.

Unlike her sister, she travels very light - she carries an art bag, messenger style, with all of her drawing supplies and rolls of parchment, a brush and a comb for her often tousled hair, hoof polish, some short utilitarian blades for eating, cleaning her hooves, and other mundane tasks, and a change of clothes - everything else is stored in her kodo's saddle bags, and even those are hardly full. They are largely occupied with leather and small items she has picked up in her travels, along with such necessities as bandages, food, and materials to keep her weapons in top shape. Stompy the kodo often rests in the guild stables, but may also be seen wandering around the front yard, trying to find his way in to the guild hall, or browsing his way down the mountain. On rare occasions of terrible weather, Toranda brings her saddlebags in with the rest of her belongings and tosses them into a sleeping room for the duration.
