Hi everyone,

In the wake of Dispaya's departure and some subsequent emotional and interpersonal fallout within the Tribe, I'd like to invite everyone to a special discussion tonight during and after the moot.

Some people have come to me with some legitimate concerns, and others are expressing a lot of anxiety and confusion about the current state of affairs. In the Tribal spirit of honesty and sharing, I'd like everyone to come and share their voice.

We will be conducting this on Ventrilo, after all other moot business is done. Bring your concerns and your questions. This is a time for us to come together and get through as a Tribe. This is not a forum for muckraking, placing blame, or airing personal hostilities... tonight, everyone will voice their own thoughts on what is best for the Tribe. Please spread the word and try to attend.

DPS Workshop This Thursday

Zlinka and Oryx will be holding a DPS workshop after the moot on Thursday!

When: 7 p.m. Thursday, January 21, after the moot
Where: Target dummies in Orgrimmar

Want to improve your damage output? Or are you an expert DPSer that can help others improve? Come to the DPS workshop, and we'll help each other with gems, enchants, attack rotations and technique! We'll have damage meters running and hold timed trials against the target dummies to try out different approaches.

If we get a really good turnout, we'll have prizes for the players who show the greatest improvement in their DPS!

What we need: helpers! If you've studied how to get the best DPS out of your class (or classes!), please come by and help others improve theirs. If you know you can make it, send Zlinka a PM with the classes you can cover.

I'll be returning as your full-time guild leader on Thursday, January 7, 2010. Shieldbearer Kosath will make the transition formal at the weekly moot, this time in Grommash Hold, Orgrimmar. Please join me in thanking Kosath for his service to the Tribe!

Happy Holidays Everyone!

We have one week left to prepare for the 5th anniversary celebration on December 13th. We will be gathering at 5PM game time in front of Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar. From there we will march to the Shrine of the Fallen Warrior near the Crossroads. Festivities will then commence (gifts, trivia contests, fireworks, robot battles, etc.). All who would call themselves friends of Ironsong, both old and new, are welcome to attend.
