I wasn't posting to try to cut your down or say you can't, so please don't overreact as if I did. I believe this thread was about giving our opinions, which I did. I will state again, in my opinion, the best person (or people) to lead an alt raid would be someone who has had a lot of experience with the content that's being done.
Edit: I see a lot of topics likes these and it never gets off the ground because it's much easier to talk and say they want to go but are never there. Start getting ready now. Gem and enchant your gear properly, look for the best specs, analyze your dps and priorities in encounters. There are plenty of people to run heroics, especially myself. I am always ready to go on any of my toons, so just poke me.
Let's assume 2 weeks time is enough to gear and enhance up, be ready to go the weekend of jan 2nd, time to be determined based on everyone's plans. If it fails miserably enough to not even get a 10... or even an 8 and 2 pugs then we can assume this is all a bunch of talk.
Not to be harsh, but I think it's about time to buckle down and start preparing if people really want to, and there's plenty of time in 2 weeks to get some badge gear and orient yourself so you can go in there and, with everyone else, be successful.
