I have been stuck at retrieving characters screen or unable to connect for about an hour. I will continue to try to get on and will update you about raid status here.
Has anyone been able to login successfully?

Yes. It took awhile but I finally did.
I've been sitting at that screen as well.
Still not able to get in. -_-
EDIT: Now I'm sitting at the load bar and not going anywhere.
I've left the loading screen at full a few times for up to 15 min and haven't gotten in.

People have been getting in, though there's a good amount of lag. It took me about 7.5 minutes to log on from the character selection screen.
I am canceling the 25-man for tonight. Too much lag. Too many people missing.

I logged into twice this afternoon after insane loading bar times, and instantly was kicked back to the character selection screen for being afk too long.
*facepalm*
Anywho, it is funny in hindsight...
