Obviously, this is a 10-man raid, and there will be more than 10 people interested in going. I will do my best to be equitable in choosing, while keeping an eye on class balance.

Currently, other than Resto Shaman, we have a lack of healers who have signed up. Any Holy Pallies or Priests out there, please indicate your interest if any. I do not believe that we have a resto druid that is anywhere close to 80.

There is also an absence of ranged DPS on the sign-up. Calling all mages, warlocks, hunters, etc...

If you have an interest in 10-man Naxx and have not signed up yet, please do so. This will help my planning for the future.

Waka can always go Elemental, it's the same gear, especially under Oryx's LHW strategy summary.

Due to my scatter-brainednessess I don't think anyone will be 80 by friday. Finals are just demotivating me that much :/. The friday after perhaps I'll be ready, but I doubt there will be anything with the holidays
Rawne - (another) Rogue - subtlety; DPS
I plan to go till around 1100p Server. If that is a problem, let me know so I can make a substitute.

Lineup:

Tanks:
Kosath
Dai

Healers:
Jaba
Eruadan
*Oryx (Waka)

DPS:
*Waka (Oryx)
Zlinka
Armande
Kuskuh
Dispaya

* I need Oryx or Waka to go Elemental.

I am sorry for those that got left out this trip. As I have it, those were Rawne, Hebren, Naamah, and Mellith (who is not 80 yet, I think). I will give you priority next time that I organize.

Good luck all.
I have work tonight, so I couldn't go even if I wanted.

Hopefully next week. Good luck everyone!
After action report on Naxxramas:

1. It looks to be a tough place and the tribe needs a bit more preparation to navigate it successfully.
2. We had a bit of bad luck, but really should have gotten the first boss down. The good news is that I think we have figured out that fight.
3. Overall, I am satisfied given that many had just reached level 80 and most had not run many heroics.

Recommendations:
1. We have a healer shortage for raiding. It is entirely possible that we could field 2 raids in a month or so, but if we have 4 raiding healers, it will not happen.
2. Our DPS needs to improve, and that is mainly a function of gear. The best way to gear up is to run Heroics and get faction gear. Probably, start with the lower instances (UK and Nexus) and work our way up.
3. If people are willing, I think we should go back next week. This will be 12/26, and the Holiday may interfere, but I think it would solidify us on the first boss. I will start a new thread to see who is available.
4. Crafted gear is another good option. I know we have crafters willing to help you. Waka took good advantage of that.
5. I am not so concerned with this, but as raid leader, I do need to mention it. To be able to learn these fights the most effective, we need to minimize our downtime during the raid. That means, please do your best to show up on time and minimize long AFKs.
6. Also, it was quite evident to me that the fight was designed for 40-mans. The space was huge and required DPS and healers to do a lot of repositioning. I suspect many fights in here will require mobility. That means ranged DPS is good and trying to tank things as close as possible to each other.

Multiple raids/25-man:

I was thinking that the real advantage we may see in the new model is this: We now have ten(eleven) people who "know" the first Spider Boss. Let's say, in two weeks, we have two raids. We can divide those people up, five and five, into the two raids, spreadin' out the expertise. Then if we get five more people, say, three weeks later, and have enough for a twenty-five man raid, we'll have twenty people who know the raid reasonably well, and only five people learning. And that's in the least ideal situation, where it's the same people showing up for raids every week! When we get our first twenty-five man raid going, we may ALL have experience.
