Bump and post here if you have your Frost Resist gear. For myself, both Sbin and Jabadue have their frost resist gear, though Sbin needs his gemmed.

I have my frost resist gear (3 Tailoring pieces), enchanted/gemmed with something, though impossible to achieve the stats I have from my normal gear.

FrR geared here. 3 pieces + ring + head enchant on my previous helm. Don't have anything with the cloak enchant yet. Have gems, need enchants.

Not to be a spoilsport, but I did the research and the math - We're going to have a Shaman or a Paladin giving the whole raid the FR buff, I'm sure, which is +130. Add the 3-piece set FR of 287, and you end up with 417 - two more points than the cap of 415. At that point, equipping the ring, helm enchant, or cloak enchant is simply redundant - and you'l be sacrificing DPS.
Unless I have my math wrong, get your unbuffed FR to 285, and then concentrate on your normal stats. With the enchants and ring, you're giving yourself more flexibility, but don't equip it all at once.

Very good point and something to keep in mind...I am assuming those that have gone beyond that are probably better off with more options of adding Frost Resist without sacrificing too much of their vital stats.

Yep, you guys nailed it. With the relative low cost of these things I'm just waiting to see what is most efficient to swap out at the time that we get to that point.
