Just wanted to say thank you for all the work you put into the raid, invites, fairness, a polite and focused atmosphere, explanation, and I wanted to attempt to counteract what is commonly "thankless job" with some thanks.
Also, for anyone who underestimates the burden of doing raid invites, I give you:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.wow.com/2010/02/01/officers-quarters-how-to-fill-slots">http://www.wow.com/2010/02/01/officers- ... fill-slots</a><!-- m -->
A brief article which can easily be extrapolated into understanding the complexity of raid invites. I did it for 40 man and 10 man runs for years, and truly appreciate the stress.
Thanks again,
-Phoronid.
