Rotten Luck MC Raid information here!

You are right, a raid alliance can work very well, just as the one with the Rottens has aided in our success in Zul'Gurub. Honestly, I was surprised more people didn't decide to get involved in the Rotten MC raid when it started back in October. It was announced in Guildchat, at a Moot, and posted here on the Website but back there it was harder to get information out to everyone I guess. Only a few people got involved and the Rottens still didn't have enough with those few, so had to involved several other guilds.

Right now one of those guilds has just left the raid, so if you are interested in checking with Yyssilth about coming to the Wednesday or even the Friday MC with the Rottens (if you are not interested in ZG Fridays) now is a good time. Some classes are needed more than others, I don't know what the numbers are currently, but more Ironsong have been going lately and it is a fun raid.

Otherwise, we will start doing an all-Ironsong MC in some form after Onyxia, so it's not really all /that/ far off. : )

Well, I for one would love a shot at joining Rotten Luck on Wednesday night. The problem for me has been raising a group to help me get attuned.

So, if there is anyone else who wished to hit the Core, perhaps we can throw together a 5-man and complete the quest.

OOC:

I would love to join the Rottens in MC as well, however I also want to participate in the Friday ZG runs and I know I can't do both. (Even though I haven't been around to do the ZG runs lately..just been busy, but that'll change soon.)

I'm really looking forward to Ironsong cutting into Ony and bridging into MC. The mere idea of being in a guild that's starting all that from the very beginning is great, and feels like a tremendous opportunity. However getting started on early MC raiding is really tempting as well.

What I'd hate to see, though, is folks abandoning the ZG raids to do MC with RL. I know it was said that the ZG raid wasn't going to be moved to another day, but is there any possibility of that?

Well I was most directly addressing Pinto, who hasn't been coming to ZG for a little while and who I thought might want to see if the MC could use a warrior now and then. One thing is that invites for Friday MC start 30 minutes after ours, so generally one would know if they were going to be invited for ZG that particular Friday or not and send word to Yyssilth then.

Otherwise, well, to be honest there is a lot of interest across several guilds and a lot of regulars in the MC raid. I don't think that they would have enough slots open to cause a problem for our ZG, and since we start earlier it should be alright. Your concern, Zuipol, might be why I didn't make a bigger deal about the MC raid when it started, though I did announce it a few times and post it here and bring it up at a moot.

In any case, we'll get there and in our own way, which I am very proud of. RPwise my shaman would be better suited to the Core but I won't be getting him to 60 and geared anytime soon, so Tae will endure the flames in his stead. : )
