Krell brought up some interesting questions, which I will address here.

I'm not much of a duellist, so I'm unfamiliar with some of the culture surrounding it. Krell mentioned that use of consumables is frowned upon. For the purposes of duelling during the Gauntlet, consumables are perfectly okay. Changing gear in between the flag drop and the duel start is okay. Dropping totems, traps, or stealthing before the duel starts is okay. Pointing and shouting, "What in the world can that be?" and then switching drinks while your opponent's back is turned is likewise okay.

After a duel, however, no matter who the victor is, the prey gets a 30-sec window to keep going and get themselves lost. If you're watching the duel, stay put for 30 secs. If you see a duel happening, don't go 30 seconds down the road and wait. That's not very sportsmanlike. However, there's nothing preventing you from calling other members of your group and telling them where you think your quarry is.

Also, the prey will all be expected to try to make it to Shadowprey. While a perfectly viable winning strategy would be to park a rogue behind the Dark Portal, it would make for a boring game.

Any other questions from either side, please post them here.
