I always aim to kill multi-boxers first. Silver Hand has a notorious shaman that does that. I don't think to the extent to this guy though... I believe it's five shamans he runs with.

I think it's for the chain heals, chain lightnings, and every possible totem on the ground.

I tell you what though, spell reflecting multiple chain lightnings at once is fun.
