Whoa, the forum looks weird -- all beige and tan and red. Is this just a test?

I actually switched the theme. The forum software was horribly out of date, and to help ensure there were no incompatibilities I switched to the default forum theme and updated the forum. I managed to find this theme (as an updated one) and use it in the meantime. I may look for a few other themes as well!

Can you bring back the "News & Announcements" display on the index page?
