Back in EverQuest, I held a weekly guild lottery, and most people seemed to enjoy it.
If I were to start one here, where people could 'purchase' tickets (ie, numbers) for a moderate sum (maybe 50s to a gold or so), would you participate? The 'drawing' could be done at our weekly guild moots.

Just trying to gauge interest, first!
