The thread below in this same forum, "The Cards Damoxian Keeps," contains the current list of cards donated by the Tribe to his banker, Lilisand, for Tribe use.

I will note that Aces are generally what one uses to demonstrate need for some of these cards from the Tribe bank and seldom are available for the asking. Folks don't send them to Lilisand, I mean.
