I finally made Revered with the Zandalar Tribe, and as a reward I now know how to craft the complete sets of both:

I have plenty of both Bat and Tiger leather to make these, please get in touch with me if you are interested in getting your hands on these pieces!
Also note, anyone of 60th level can equip these with the proper armor proficiency, but only leatherworkers with 300 skill will get the set bonuses.
