Why do the Draenei seem to bear somewhat of a resemblance to the Tau in WH40K? Is it just me or is Blizzard still keeping strong their tradition of ripping off the appearance of their races from the Games Workshop gaming miniature lines? Tongue

*sighs and shakes his head*

The George Lucas way of thinking is taking hold. Thank you, oh master Revisionist. We couldn't have done it without your guidance. :x

I recently heard a rumor from a fairly reliable source that the first Warcraft game was intended to be a rudimentary PC adaptation of Warhammer. When Game's Workshop decided they didn't like the game Blizzard changed the name and made it their own series.

It makes a certain amount of sense. I mean, the whole Orcs vs. Humans thing seems to run along the exact same vein as Warhammer, with the exception being that Blizzard went a more medieval route than a medieval-technological one.

Killa-Cans would have been pretty cool to see though. Big Grin

The Warhammer MMO, if it's everything they're hyping it up to be, is going to give WoW a serious run for it's money.
