Anyone want to kill this nasty elite? While I'd prefer not to do the mass killing quests for this again, I think getting the elites for anyone that needs them to get to this stage wouldn't be unreasonable.
This is the first 'start' of this part of the chain, you'll need to do five of Nathanos's previous quests to get this stage I beleive.
