Does anyone know if it is possible to create a macro to auto-loot? If so, what would the command be?

Auto-looting through a macro isn't really possible because there is targetting issues, but if you shift-click a corpse you will automatically loot everything on it.

Aagh ! Efluvia beat me to it, but I was going to say the same thing. Anyway, I hope that helps. I would offer a word of caution though, might not want to get too used to doing that. Sometimes others are bothered by it, and I've seen some looting issues arrise because people are just so used to auto looting everything.
