Got a request for the build I actually used to get to 60:

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... 3100000000

I went retribution until level 45 and then respecc'd and went for seal of command and reckoning. That way I could aoe grind as well as solo. I realy liked the build and will miss it as I spec for more utility in instances.

I'll attest to Anathamon's build spec posted here, I'm using it and between Blessing of Command and Reckoning, I rip through groups of mobs at a time. It has if anything, increased lethality of paladins with two-handers and made one-hander paladins a flurry of swordplay. While I enjoy the flurry, I like the explosions of damage with the two-handers when reckoning and command both proc. Anathamon somehow finds a way to make every class he play turn exceptional in ability. I can't seem to figure out how he does it. Tongue All I can do is follow in the same footsteps sadly.

Also, as there appears to be confusion at times expressed over guild chat concerning the 5 minute buffs. Some paladins use the Blessing of Might under the misconception that paladins are a DPS class, which in some aspects they are, but those aspects involve a lot of downtime. As paladins are already obscenely slow to level, it is with the experience of plenty of powerleveling using a guide that tests my patience and abilities to work a paladin against 3-4 mobs 4-5 levels higher than me, that I can say with firm resolve that Blessing of Wisdom is the one buff paladins should have on at nearly any moment in time. The continual mana regen adds up quickly and more often than nought saves my butt. That buff alone is something most any spellcaster class would give their very souls for. As I've already sold mine for it, I will advise paladins to use it. The decrease in attack power becomes ridiculously unnoticeable over the long run with the absence of Blessing of Might. You're better off saving it for the warriors and rogues who actually do damage.
Now that you have had a chance to play your paladins a bit I am curious what spec you recommend for leveling?
Cloud, you are the man of many alts. :p Have you ever poked around http://www.wowwiki.com by chance and looked at the class strats that they give? They're quite informative and helpful. Here's a Paladin leveling guide they direct you to as well.
In this case the pally belongs to Mynos not me, someone convinced her during the Vermont moot that a pally would be fun. Smile

Thanks for the infos Sound, will check out the Wiki!
