I am currently tasked to bring a series of supplies to a forger in the Barrens, and in return he will provide me with powerful armor for my War Dance.

However, one item eludes me: the Vial of Phlogiston.

This item is, apparently, held by one "Roogug" in Razorfen Kraul.
