Had pizza for lunch (paid for in part by our Captain and senior NCOs), and steak for dinner. Temps were still 100+ and we were still sweating our butts off fixing broke jets...yeeha! Happy 4th to everyone that celebrates it.

Welp, fireworks are illegal in my county, but I did have scented bubbles and glowsticks. *nods*

Could see the fireworks down at the pier from my front yard.
Pretty decent display, but I miss the days at Fort Magruder when I was a kid. They'd do the 1812 Overture before hand, complete with howitzers firing blanks out into the bay. Then the fireworks would be right over head, low enough that you'd have to dodge the occasional burning piece of shrapnel.
