I think I may turn the Lottery into a monthly thing. The ticket prices will remain the same, and the maximum amount per month will also probably remain the same, but each period will just be bumped up to a month instead of a couple weeks.

This will help in ideally having a greater amount of participants while also lessening the cost to play every time, in a sense.
