I don't see why they wouldn't...they're contributing just as much as anyone else. Aside from it just being fair, the point of the weighted rolls is to better the chances of the raid succeeding by giving the regular attendees a better shot at gearing up , and I can think of a few out-of-guilders off-hand that have come to just about every raid.

Well Technically. Mindial is a OOG Raider. I'v been there from the First Run. It wouldn't be the end of the world if i didnt get Weighted rolls but it would be a sore spot.

yes, they definitely get weighted rolls with us. When in a raid with us I consider them part of the guild.
