Sorry what does this mean?

This I believe is the weighted roll system that was used for Gruuls.

Each week you attend SSC and dont win anything you get a +10 to next weeks roll stacking up to a +90. Example, 1st time you roll a 1-100 and dont win anything, week 2 you roll a 11-100 and dont win anything, week 3 you roll a 21-100 etc...this stacks up to a max of 91-100.
