Hey everyone,
As happens occasionally, another Tribe member's account was hacked last night. The guild bank was attacked, but fortunately all of the items that were taken were quickly replaced.
It's a simple fact that we can expect things like this to continue, and when they happen, we'll do our best to replace anything that is lost, reinstate member privileges, and move on.
With that in mind, I'd encourage every member of Ironsong to remember that the internets are serious business. There are real, genuine risks out there that can jeopardize not only our pretend internet toys, but our financial well-being, personal security, and general well-being. Exercise best practices when it comes to handling and processing information. There's no bulletproof security measure, and sometimes despite our best efforts, something like this still catches up with us. So stay vigilant, do your best, and be careful out there!
