Wrath gossip: Bind to Account!?

The latest beta has "Bind to Account" items, which are purchased with raid tokens, and can be passed between characters on the same account. They scale with your level, and can be used by any character level 1-80. In the screenshots, the plate items will even convert to mail for sub-level-40 tanks, and the shoulders provide an XP gain bonus.

So... I guess the plan is, once you have a raid dungeon farmed out, you start buying leveling gear for your alts and mailing it to them. Intriguing.

Interesting... this could also be an effective way to gear alts for raiding without having to bring them into a zone for which they are undergeared. You could gather alt gear while still maintaining the integrity of the raid until they are better prepared.

This IS awsome! Level scaleing weapons and armor? YES!!! This will make it much easyer to level haveing slightly uber gear all the time.

I wonder if its possible to enchant these items, and if so, does the enchant stay when the item scales, or does it disipate? Hmmmm....

According to a link to a forum off of that link, as responded to by Blizzard [I think] they can be enchanted with anything that could enchant a lvl 1 item.
