Threat reduction items

I'm always on the lookout for objects and abilities that reduce threat. Here's a list of what I've been able to find so far. This list includes items from The Burning Crusade as well as pre-expansion. I'm still looking for information on their cooldown slots, as shared cooldowns are an issue.

I'd note that in this list, the Shrouding Potion is very good. Anyone can use it, it doesn't use an equipment slot, it's an AoE threat reducer with only a 2 minute cooldown.
