Silver Hand / Farstriders will be connected to Thorium Brotherhood as well.

No date set yet, but it's on the schedule. Speculation is that it may happen in late March.

At least Thorium Brotherhood seems to have somewhat of a more balanced population, though it still just means a bit of a boost to both factions (a bit more for the Alliance compared to the Horde).
