Hi everybody - Blizzard is reporting a serious breach of their internal security, which led to the theft of their internal password database.

Aside from actually getting hacked, they run a tight ship, which means that the password database is encrypted. But since the hackers stole the entire database, they can, with time, decrypt the original passwords out of the database.
What this means is that you should assume that your email address, and the password you used for WoW, are in the hands of criminals. Change your WoW password right away, and if you use the same password anywhere else, change it there too.
