So what are the "must have" add ons for Rogues?

Most of the people I talk to like Roguepowerbars. This will show all the timers for the various rogue abilities. It can be positioned anywhere on your screen you like, so you can keep a eye on those.

I don't know if this is a "must have" add on. But, my friend swears by Icehud. It shows information like your energy and if you have rupture on the target. It is displayed in a HUD around your character. It can be really tweaked.

For raiding, I would say Omen and DBM would be a must have. Recount is nice to see how you are doing. But, not a must have.
