Pyanfar's Application
#1
1) State your name and any titles that you have earned, through service to the Horde in battle or
otherwise

I am Pyanfar, daughter of Elrohir and Nessa Melwasúl. At this time I have no titles

2) List your vocation, be it Mage, Hunter, or any other.

I am a priestess, focusing on the art of healing.

3) Please introduce yourself to us, as much of your personal history as you feel comfortable
sharing at this time.

I would tell you tales of epic quests, and sprawling ambitions. If I had any. I come from a rather
average family. I am neither of noble birth, or distinguished lineage. My father is a jewelcrafter
and my mother an assistant cloth merchant. I have no siblings. And while the Scourge did a
terrible toll upon my home of Silvermoon, I was blessed to not lose any close family, though a
few friends of mine fell to their dreaded clutches.

4) Tell us about any professions you have taken up, such as Tailoring or First Aid.

Jewelcrafting is my chosen profession. To my fathers never-ending delight. I also learned the
rather inglorious art of mining to help support this craft for I surely am not so independently
wealthy as to buy my needed supplies.

5) What are the Clans, Tribes, or Guilds that you have been a part of in the past, if any?

I have belong to neither clan nor tribe before. Until now I have had no interest.

6) Please describe what drew your interest in joining the Ironsong Tribe, and any memorable
interactions you have had with members of Ironsong.

A friend of mine, Stalkinghoof, has told me many tales of the Ironsong tribe, as well as my
traveling companion Krinar. Stories of their honor, their family. I grew intrigued, for your tribe
seemed very interesting indeed from the tales that were told. It was when I came to one of your
gatherings... a moot, I think you call them, that clinched my desire to join. The one call Melikar
and his... curious question to a new tribe member resounded in me. Nothing like a damn silly
question, delivered in a damn serious manner, to show the heart and soul of a person. It
reminded me of myself. Serious in my work and little else.

7) What is the greatest trial you have faced, either long ago, or in the recent past?

Greatest trial? What a curious question. I guess the greatest trial I have faced was in actually
becoming a priestess. As I said, my family is common and while nobility may be used to their
children going into the priesthood, or to become paladin or such, it was not so with my family. I
know my parents wanted me to follow in one of their chosen fields but... I couldn't resist my
hearts desire to go out into the world and see it all. Becoming a priest gave me the ability to do
this, but at the cost of my parents hope that I would follow in their footsteps.

8) What are your current goals, or some of your greatest desires, and the reasons behind them?

My current goal, other then just surviving, is to learn all I can learn about the art of healing. I
have found great pleasure in helping others. A satisfying counter-point to my somewhat
temperamental manner.

9) What do you enjoy most in your adventures in Azeroth?

Seeing the land. I have traveled in woods, and marshes, and great open planes. I find the open
spaces to be my preference. Great swaths of stark earth, rising and falling. There is a beauty
there, in Azeroth's natural simplicity.

10) Finally, have you read our Code of Conduct, and do you agree to abide by the rules stated in
it? If so, please state so here in addition to a reply to the post itself.

I have read and comprehended your Code of Conduct and agree to abide by it.
