Mok'ra, Tribe!
The battle to bring down Garrosh has been joined in earnest. We have defeated Immerseus, the Fallen Protectors, Norushen and the Sha of Pride, saving Pandaria from the worst of the Warchief's destructive madness.
But now we stand at the very gates of Orgrimmar. Here, our progress is being checked. We need to gather our strength before making another assault. Please acquire the strongest armor and weapons that you can to further our cause!

Hi guys! We're being gear-checked at Galarak. With the gear we've got we're in the position of needing to execute the strategy flawlessly in order to make progress. Better gear will give us more of a margin for error -- better survivability for all, better healing, better DPS -- as we learn these fights.
Our goal is to get everyone to AT LEAST an iLevel of 520 as soon as possible so we can fight our way through the gates of Orgrimmar.
To this end:
* We will return to the first wing of Siege next week, on Tuesday 10/1 and Thursday 10/3 at 7:30 p.m. to acquire more gear from the first four bosses -- Immerseus, the Fallen Protectors, Norushen, and the Sha of Pride. These bosses drop ilevel 540 gear which will help us immensely as we push forward.
* We will run an LFR Siege raid on Sunday evening, 9/29, at 8 p.m.. Running as a guild group we'll control much more of the raid, and will hopefully experience a smoother run than individuals who queue alone. Please join us if you can -- LFR drops level 528 gear which will help us patch up any weak spots in the raid's gear.
* Please gear up on your own time as much as you can! You can:
-- Gather Timeless Coins on the Isle and use them to purchase gear. For example, for many classes the 50K trinket, which has an iLevel of 535, is a significant upgrade (check AskMrRobot to see if it's an upgrade for you if you have doubts).
You can purchase Burdens of Eternity for 50K, or find them on the island. Burdens upgrade the Timeless tokens into a random 535 item for their slot; the stats on the item might be great for your spec, or they might be merely okay. Ask Mr. Robot has a "Burden of Eternity optimizer" if you are wondering which slot to do first.
Just make sure to use the Burden on the Armor Cache itself, not on the unpacked gear!
-- Use Valor to buy level 522 gear from the Shado-Pan Assault faction. Here's a list of the 522 gear that they sell. The cost has been reduced significantly, with prices ranging from 825 Valor for bracers, cloaks, necks etc., to 1485 Valor for chest, legs, etc. You can then further upgrade these items to a level of 530 with 500 Valor.
-- If you need more Valor, running random heroic scenarios is an efficient way to earn it!
