Well, after many attempts here and there to figure out why I was getting such horrible latency in WoW, I finally figured it out this weekend. The firewall program "Online Armor" I had downloaded and installed at the suggestion of the person helping me clean my machine up after the keylogging incident is the culprit. It was either constricting the data flow too much, using up too many system resources, or a mixture of both. If I turn off the firewall, WoW runs in the green like it used to.
So, I'm very likely going to uninstall OA and reinstall ZoneAlarm, as I never had lag/latency issues with it.
