In all seriousness, as we move deeper into Naxxramas, the difficulty of the fights increases. I think we experienced that last night on Gluth.

Therefore, as you can, please make an effort over the next week to increase the level of your gear. This can be done in many ways:
1. Make sure you have enchants.
2. Make sure you have your geared gemmed.
3. Make sure you have item enhancements that are available to you.
4. Upgrade gear through faction rewards.
5. Run a heroic or two that has gear that would be an upgrade for you.
6. Talk to a crafter or check AH for BOE gear.
7. Run 10-man Naxx with Donalzon or hop in a OS or VoA raid.

The websites I posted above can help you with gearing up.

http://gear-wishlist.appspot.com/ - I use this all the time to see where my upgrades are. It gets you stats off armory and then, uses three other sites, wowhead, lootrank, and maxdps to get recommendations for upgrades compared to your other gear.

http://www.talentchic.com/ - This one gives you what the most popular specs are for you class and role.

http://be.imba.hu/ - I have not looked at this one a lot, but it can recommend enchants and gems for you.

http://www.wow-heroes.com/ - This one is similar in that it can recommend gems, enchants, and gear upgrades. It also has a comparison feature, a feature to look at a guild, and a colored bar that indicates what instances your gear is appropriate for.

The minimum requirements for gear in this raid have been very loose so far, and will likely continue to be so. Therefore, I am asking each of you to take some responsibility to try and max out your gear as much as you have time and the ability to do so.

That being said, we are continuing to progress in Naxx. Remember last week, we had not even done Patchwerk until Monday night. This Monday, I fully expect us to clear the construct quarter. Anything that you can do as an individual to improve the level of your gear will help us achieve our goals in Naxxramas.

Thanks

Good sites all. A note for anyone looking up Druid tanking gear, though: Most of those sites still weight their decisions based on old data for Dire Bear form. We no longer multiply bonus armor of any sort or armor from rings, cloaks and weapons... So those items are often no longer actually useful unless their other stats are also very high. Adding 400-700 armor to someone who's already got 30K armor isn't really that big of a difference (Generally in the range of .4% damage absorbtion).
Righteous are those who look up and sway with the wind,
Who look down and dance with the shifting of the soil,
Who swim with the movement of the tides!

I have noticed this all over the place. I believe the program Rawr uses new values, but I could be wrong.

Shadowpanther.net is a good resource for rogues. It includes charts of PvE armor, PvP armor, weapons, enchants, gems, resistance gear, and so forth. The author updates the site frequently.
