Gnomophobe at your service ...
#1
1) State your name and any titles that you have earned, through service to the Horde in battle or otherwise

I am Gnomophobe the Unwilling. I have no titles to speak of and yet have cowered behind many a fine warrior as they battled bravely for the honor of the Horde!

2) List your vocation, be it Mage, Hunter, or any other.

I am a priest of the 60th season and specialise in all things healing, of the body, the mind and the soul.

3) Please introduce yourself to us, as much of your personal history as you feel comfortable sharing at this time.

Do you hear that? I can hear them scratching, whispering, in the shadows little unseen perverted miscreants. They didn't always hide though, not long after I'd risen there were gnomes that stormed through Deathknell killing everything in their path. I wandered around Brill aimlessly until a young warrior offered to protect me from the menace but even he can't change the nagging feeling that I'm continually being watched.

We travelled together for many seasons, this warrior, Arfa and I. Some say it was a perfect harmony until we found bigger and more dangerous foes that required more skill than just the two of us to defeat them.

We did our duty and obeyed our command but when the elders sent us into the depths of Blackrock Mountain we sought assistance. And we found it in the shape of a surprisingly knowledgeable hunter named Freti. As we travelled with her she spoke of her family, her tribe and how they always helped each other in time of need, she extended an invitation to us to join this tribe and at the time we'd been searching for that very thing, such an elusive thing. Unfortunately the timing was all wrong, only days before this we'd pledged our allegiance to a different tribe and felt honor bound to continue there.

4) Tell us about any professions you have taken up, such as Tailoring or First Aid.

I am a tailorer and enchanter of the highest quality. I have skills in First Aid and Cooking and enjoy Fishing when I have time.

5) What are the Clans, Tribes, or Guilds that you have been a part of in the past, if any?

Darkwind Deviants and Combat Wombats.

6) Please describe what drew your interest in joining the Ironsong Tribe, and any memorable interactions you have had with members of Ironsong.

Freti spoke so glowingly of your tribe and the bonds that hold you all together. As well as your adventures into the Molten Core.

7) What is the greatest trial you have faced, either long ago, or in the recent past?

My greatest trial is an ongoing one to find my place in Azeroth. I'd like to find a tribe to call my own, one that I would be proud to be associated with.

8) What are your current goals, or some of your greatest desires, and the reasons behind them?

My greatest goal is to have fun, to find a happy group of people to wander the world with, explore, laugh, and generally enjoy life.

9) What do you enjoy most in your adventures in Azeroth?

I continuously marvel at the time and effort it takes to coordinate 40 people to slaughter one foe. The amazing sight of that many people working in unison to acheive one goal never gets old to me.

10) Finally, have you read our Code of Conduct, and do you agree to abide by the rules stated in it? If so, please state so here in addition to a reply to the post itself.

Yes I agree to abide by the rules and I have read the Code.

((OOC: I'm sorry I'm a novice at the RP side of things. Although I fervently believe that anyone who thinks they don't RP playing this game is deluding themselves. I'm looking forward to the fact that your guild seems to avoid all the unnecessary BS found in most guild chat. IRL Both Arfa and myself are 'mature' gamers, married with two schoolaged kids, we're helpful and love a laugh, we look forward to meeting you all soon. Thanks for considering our applications.))

Great Loa, I hope "Gnomophobe" isn't your given name, dear. *starts to chuckle, then stops abrubptly* No, no, I'm terribly sorry, that was out of line. I couldn't help but wonder, however.

I shall enjoy meeting you, I suspect.

(( No, really, I'm very sorry about that, but the name made me laugh, and I appreciate a good laugh. Welcome! ))

Gnomophobe kept Freti Alive though a few instances.
She is a tatented priest and even healed my beloved pets.

I support/sponsor her & Afra's (they are a Real life couple) applications.

*looks quizically at the parchment, then flips through a large bound tome for a definiton, before bursting into embarrassed laughter*

I... you seem nice! I hope you come to the Moot!

*runs off, blushing, but proud that she understood the reference*

(Don't mind Cora - she's a bit sheltered. I enjoyed your application, and wish that I could say I'd see you at the Moot today! Alas, I seem to have misplaced my hearthstone somewhere, and my "small red car" mount suffers horribly from the "freeway traffic" debuff. Which, unfortunately, means that if I'm lucky, I get home about half an hour after the Moot ends. Still, g'luck!
