Not to bother anybody who would be annoyed if I necro this thread, but this seems a bit overdue...

Full Name: Algernon (as far as anybody knows)
In-Game: Algernon
Nickname: Al, Algy, Frozen death, Frostbiter, Cretin, Fool, Little menace, odd one, Little pain in the arse, "different", Jerk, and Trouble

Guild: Ironsong Tribe
Title: Grunt, Head Officer of the Council of Algernon

Race: Undead
Class: Ice Mage
Professions: Tailoring, enchanting, miscreancy
Jobs: Un-Retired banker, Freelancer, Miscreant

Age: 35 years young
Sex: He'd like to take a few moments to get to know you first
Hair: Black, very stylishly matted and unkempt
Eyes: None, though pretty eyes would just distract you from his true beauty
Weight: A lean and mean 115 lbs.
Height: A formidable 5'5"
Garments/Armor: Algernon wears only the finest and most handsome/gawdy robes in his vast personal wardrobe, regardless of practical functionality and combat effectiveness. If you're doing something, you might as well look your best and wear the finest things around!
Other: Algernon's entire lower jaw is missing, and a Plaguehound jaw has been sewn in its place. This gives him a very wolfey grin. He is always grinning or laughing.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (and very much of both)

Personality: Algernon loves to laugh. So much so, he will be the only one doing so, even if it's inapropriate. He is the prankster, the fool, the one guy on the team with the unfunny jokes. His motivations are simple: have a good time, and laugh. Algernon will do anything, and can be a very base individual at times. He has made a spectacle of faked emotions, and tried to form genuine bonds with others before, and with varying degrees of success; but most times, he sees other as good times waiting to happen.

History: Being the problem child of the most powerful banking and merchant family in Stratholme, Algernon decided to live the good life. And that meant reap the rewards without doing the work. Always laughing, living a life of luxury, and dipping in and out of trouble and debt, Algernon was essentially the same person today. There had been rumors and talk behind closed doors about what was to be done about him until the day Arthas came to Stratholme. Now the only surviving (alive, or otherwise) member, and taught to harness the bitterness and sorrow at the world that many Forssken feel, Algernon is free as a bird. Now to get back to where he left off in life...

Full Name: Phoronid. He does not utter his last name, as considers it lost.
In-Game: Phoronid.
Nickname: Flamingo Keeper. Grumpy Old Guy.
Guild: Ironsong Tribe
Race: Orc
Class: Hunter
Professions: Enchanter / Engineer

Age:

Phoronid is a very old orc, with thinning grey hair (though he had a short time with his hair dyed red). He walks with the tired determination of a weathered warrior.

Despite his obvious mannerisms of age, he seems as physically fit as a younger one of his race. While he doesn’t speak of it, he seems to be touched by magic, and might be even older then orcs are supposed to naturally get.

He has an emotional aura of tired anger and loss, which is also shown in his snap temper, unwillingness to change, and an often dark sense of humor.

Mannerisms:

Phoronid is intolerant of slavery and of anyone willingly falling to servitude to the undead or demons. He has grown this intolerance through his own mistakes of the past, the drinking of demon blood and the desperate battle to save himself and his race. He has respect for the Forsaken and Death Knights, though they may make him instinctively angry as another reminder of forced slavery.

He is very fond of the Horde Tauren and Trolls, as they remind him of who the orcs used to be, spiritual warriors and shaman, at one with nature. While he has a public dislike of his long acquaintance Tursiops, he secretly likes the odd Tauren and wishes he could get as blissfully lost in the natural magics. It was under a century ago that the orcs were brown, and aggressive only in their will to survive and not to conquer.

Phoronid is most often likely to have a strong reaction around Blood Elves. The age of the blood elves often acts as a calming influence on Phoronid, along with a pervading sense of guilt. He has mentioned before to random Blood Elves how sorry he is about his actions, though he usually does this when he is drunk. He is often found in the company of the mage Alissandre, who both acts as a companion as old, or older, then he is, and as a reminder that he can be forgiven for dark deeds done. Phoeni has also taken a liking to her, which is important. (“If the bird likes you, then you might be worth knowing.”)

When in periods of calm, he enjoys the detail work found in the professions of tinkering with devices and in wielding the controlled and creative magic of enchanting. He seems to know his way around leather as well, though he refuses to touch these crafts ever again. He can often be found making thousands of arrows as well, a skill he picked up while working with the tiny gears of the clockwork.

Other Races:

Draenei are the least likely Alliance to be killed by Phoronid, and he usually does so as a last target, or with a grim and unhappy expression, as a soldier under orders. He obviously has a strong sense of guilt about this race, and if he gets the chance he leaves a brief token over the body as a gesture of apology. Other alliance races get no such token, and humans often get an ‘extra arrow, just in case’. Phoronid still blame the humans for the destruction of Draenor after the second war, a war crime of the most horrible and unforgivable kind. He also holds a fierce grudge for his treatment in the slave camps, also blamed on the humans.

Beyond the Alliance, Phoronid has fought hard to increase the standing of the Horde in the world’s various peoples. He is known as ‘the Exalted’ in well over two score races, with another half dozen finding him an ally. Phoronid does these tasks with a determination, as he seems haunted by a horrible past and a need to be seen as a hero, and not as the opposite side of the same coin, a butcher.

Phoeni:

Most commonly, Phoronid is found with his giant pink plainstrider, Phoeni. They have an odd relationship, as they each at times seem to be taking care of the other. Phoeni has a strong protective instinct, often getting fluffed up and angry if a child is threatened.

Phoeni is from a small sub-species of tallstriders in Mulgore, so most assume that Phoronid encountered these on his travels to the peaceful Mulgore plains, which look so much like the ancestral Orc home, which is now the much smaller land of Nagrand.

History:

Phoronid has found travels as a Horde hero to be painful, due to how much it echoes his own long past.

Phoronid, if in a rare calm mood, has spoken first hand of life in Draenor before the sundering. He wistfully speaks of life in his homeland and has given drunken hints of a long lost family, a wife and child. He used to be a worker of skins and leather, though that is a trade he has abandoned as too painful a reminder of who he has lost. When asked his family name, he waves the question aside as unimportant. He can often be found looking at his own green skin like someone would look at an unsightly rash.

His travels through Azeroth have left him newly scarred. In particular, he found his return to Silvermoon a painful reminder of dark deeds done in his past. He enjoys the company of Blood Elves and was thrilled to hear that they joined the Horde, though he still acts as an if he is still trying to make up for deeds done to the elves. This attitude has softened since the events of Outlands came to an acceptable conclusion, but he still has echoes of regret.

He also found the demands of the Bronze Dragonflight to be almost too much to ask for in the Black Morass, and he turns his head when he sees the Orc squads march through the Dark Portal. When asked why he doesn’t look, he mentions not wanting to cause a paradox.

Phoronid also speaks to Thrall like a trusted friend he has known through his father, Durotan. The older orc is fiercely loyal to the warlord, as a friend and a solider.

Full Name: Razan (last name unknown)
In-Game: Rincewindy
Nickname: Rince

Guild: Ironsong Tribe, (previously 'Order of Storms')
Title: Record Keeper, Librarian

Race: Forsaken, previously human
Class: Mage
Professions: tailoring, enchanting

Age: somewhere in his 50s, although he looks as old as the crypt
Sex: male
Hair: dark brown, spiky
Eyes: yellow and glowing

He keeps his needles in a hollowed out bone in his hand, which can be accessed by flipping back his middle finger. Other tailoring supplies he stores in a hollow area around his hip. Spends much of his time trans-scribing volumes for the guild's library.

Alignment: Neutral good

Personality: On most occasions appears to be cowardly in the face of danger; but he has proven to be quite the opposite in recent battles. He is quiet, but passionate about things that interest him and things involving the tribe.

Since her departure from the guild hall, Corerra's rapid aging has finally slowed down to a more normal rate. Also, the demon that has possessed her is laying low.

Full Name: Arrysta Dupont
In-Game: Arrysta
Nickname: Rys

Guild: The Ironsong Tribe
Title: None to speak of. She tends to try to be nearly invisible without actually disappearing. She holds the guild rank of Peon.

Race: Elvish (it is unknown what race of Elvish)
Class: Warlock, though she prefers the term "Shadow Mage"
Professions: Tailoring and Enchanting.

Age: very young for an elf. She is barely 40 which could put her in the late teenage years or early adult years were she human.
Sex: Female
Hair: Black
Eyes: Green
Weight: 150lbs
Height: 5'10
Garments/Armor: Well groomed always. She's not known for any favorite clothing, but it is always made of soft and flowy cloth and always very well maintained.
Other: Though she has a tendency to 'try' to be big bad and evil, she has a very soft heart (especially where children are concerned) and once she considers someone a friend she'd lay down her life to save theirs.

Alignment: How she sees herself: Chaotic Evil / How she is in reality: Chaotic Good

Personality: She's very personable. Most people who meet her would never guess that she commands demons, as she just appears to genuinely be friendly and caring. It is obvious to anyone who speaks to her, however, that she does not wish to be seen in that light. She thinks she's a bad person because of her profession and rarely lets others actually become her friend. Though she will always be courteous and kind to them, she believes in her heart that letting them get too close will mean their demise. Its actually quite unusual that she's come to the Ironsong Tribe at all. Perhaps she saw in them a strength that tells her they can stand for themselves and her 'curse' won't endanger them.

History: Found in the ruins of Lordaeron above the Undercity, Arrysta was raised for the first 20 years of her life by a Forsaken Priestess of the Shadow. The priestess had another step daughter, Amatula, a young Darkspear who'd been rescued from a burned out fishing village off the costs of Durator.

The two girls were raised as sisters studying to become Shadow Priestesses like their guardian Jonquile. Early on, they discovered the two girls had a natural spiritual connection (greater than that thought to be held by twins) though there was, quite obviously no blood connection between them. The Priestesses they studied under found that when the girls connected to that bond, they were capable of magic and healing that went far beyond the normal.

Around the age of 20, however, Arrysta decided she needed to go off on her own. It bothered her that she had no idea really what race of elf she happened to be, and sought to distance herself from her Darkspear "sister" and her Forsaken "mother". She began studying Necromancy and Witchcraft and ultimately destroyed the spiritual bond the 'sisters' had always shared. After several near death experiences, she was taken in by a Warlock of the Horde who taught her in the ways of Shadow magics.

Arrysta deeply regrets her dabbles in the dark arts, and has always blamed herself for the destruction of a bond she now considers was a gift from the Gods. Because of her ties to Demons, she'll never see herself as good, though she's actually quite a softy. Her instincts have always (even in her darker years) led her to help others whenever possible and she's always had a very soft spot for children.

Full Name: Amatula Dupont
In-Game: Amatula
Nickname: Ama

Guild: The Ironsong Tribe
Title: Dark Priestess, Grunt of Ironsong

Race: Darkspear
Class: Shadow Priest _Though she does sometimes act as a healer
Professions: Herbalism/Inscription

Age: 45
Sex: Female
Hair: Blue
Eyes: Orange
Weight: 195
Height: 7'8
Garments/Armor: Priestly garments. Soft and hard cloth type armors, though some are quite finely woven, its obvious that she has no attachment to their care. She prefers to concentrate more upon her craft.
Other:

Alignment: Good

Personality: Quirky. She does what others might consider odd and feels it is quite normal. Though she has little sense of humor and can get rather bogged down in too much seriousness, she's a loyal friend to those who can deal with her less than friendly exterior.

History: Born in a small fishing village off the cost of Durator, this Darkspear was raised by a Shadow Priestess named Jonquile after an Alliance raid that killed off her family. She was raised along side Arrysta Dupong as a step sister and studied the priesthood from a very young age.

She's recently been reconnected to Eonia Attaboli, her blood sister and only other survivor of the Alliance raid of her childhood. Ama is a member of the Ironsong Tribe.

**both women are currently 'retired' and only exist as back story for Eonia. In truth, when I closed my account some months back, they regrettably disappeared from my list and are unable to be restored by blizzard along with Shaman, Iat Blunderbolt who has been recreated recently.**

Full Name: Iat (Yacht) Blunderbolt
In-Game: Iat
Nickname: None. She's never really been a people person so there hasn't been anyone to nickname her.

Guild: none
Title: none. She's pretty no nonsense and thinks of titles as unnecessary
Race: Goblin
Class: Shaman (Against her better wishes and judgement. The job chose her.)
Professions: Engineer
Age: young adult. Just past teenage years.
Sex: Female
Hair: Green Mohawk
Eyes: Blue
Height: 3'6
Garments/Armor: Loves her 'bling'. You'll never see her without some new Goblin style and she's always on the cutting edge of fashion. If you disagree with her she'll kick you in the shins!

Alignment: Good

Personality: Quirky. Kind hearted, though the fact ticks her off a bit as it rarely is good for the 'bottom line'. Iat has a strong desire to be rich which conflicts, in her mind, with her natural affinity for shamanism.

History: As long as she could remember, Iat has lived in a tiny little house in Gadgetstan. She can't remember having had a family but for the engineers that live and work in the city, though obviously she didn't just materialize out of thin air. Her dream has always been to become the greatest engineer/inventor the world has ever known. Lofty goal? Pft! She's a Goblin. What other kinds of goal are there?!

Iat never aspired to any type of 'fighting or protective' type jobs and pretty much exclusively studied engineering her whole life. At about the equivalent of the human age 19, she began having strange dreams and would often hear 'voices' Of course, she thought she was losing her mind. Turns out she's awakening to her shamanistic voice and the elements of Azeroth won't have it any other way...much to her chagrin.

Full Name: Kummer
In-Game: Kummer
Nickname: N/A

Guild: Ironsong Tribe
Title: N/A

Race: Forsaken, formerly Human
Class: Warlock, Affliction
Professions: Tailoring, Enchanting

Age: N/A
Sex: Female
Hair: Green
Eyes: Hollow
Weight: She has no idea.
Height: Short. She is below the average height for an adult.
Other: She appears to have originally died at a younger age, not quite a teenager, but not a child either. Perhaps a very early pubescent stage of life.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Personality: She is unpredictable. She seems to be reliable towards matters of duty, but if you spend any time with her you will start to wonder at her motives. Is duty and honor in service of the Horde simply a means to an end? She enjoys violence and war, and will gleefully skip through a battlefield giving her own brand of 'mercy' to fallen enemies. She may enjoy death too much. You can count on her in a fight, but don't call on her till the fight has actually started or she's liable to be the catalyst. She has a quirky sense of humor and will often give people nicknames against their will. She will regularly seem lost in thought, or distracted by sights and sounds nobody else notices. She has a rather annoying tendency to speak in the plural and will occasionally refer to herself in the third person.

History: http://www.ironsongtribe.com/Thread-Friends

((She's a Forsaken with no apparent knowledge of her previous life. She's not really herself, but instead a collection of minor demons and other entities that came back with her when she was made Forsaken. This is not apparent to external examination and even around skilled warlocks and demonologists she just appears a bit crazy- not possessed. If the chorus of voices that control her have an ulterior motive beyond being free of the void, it is not apparent yet. She is a willing participant and sees them as her friends- but there's no telling if she is evil or if she has some kind of Stockholm Syndrome going on.))
