According to a Wowhead article posted 2 hrs ago, the world boss that drops the potions of prolonged power rank 3 recipe has been spawning.
A German dev post says the spawn is intentional, so okay to kill him as well as Nithogg .
I'll probably be trying to kill him when I get home tonight, because as an alchemist, I need MOAR (potions of prolonged) POWER!
